The core aims of Serenity Life Coaching is to empower its clients to be ‘Ready for Anything’ and become perosnally responsible for success.
In order to achieve this the practice has the following objectives;

2. To act as a non-judgemental sounding board for a client’s thoughts and ideas.
3. To provide empowering emotional and motivational support.
4. To support clients to identify and overcome limiting beliefs.
5. To support its clients to form a clearer, realistic vision for their future.
6. To work in partnership with its clients to formulate and act on a clear life plan that is goal focused.
7. To act as an accountability partner for its clients that is honest, firm and supportive.
